Step to follow while Quickbooks connection has been lost

The Quickbook connection problem is a very common problem which can occur any time if the connection has been lost or there is some abrupt defect in the connection over the network.
The connection problems can be due to many reasons. You must be aware of taking some actions regularly to keep the company away from the Quickbook connection problems. These are discussed one by one below:
·         You must make sure that there are regular and proper updating of the company data files.
·         It must be always remembered that the latest version and release of Quickbook is being used.
·         If the hosting is on, do not forget to turn it off.
·         If Quickbook is being transformed to any new version, firstly work in the sample file to confirm out that company data files will be opened successfully.
·         If the sample file is opening successfully then create a portable company file and restore it.
·         If any error comes in the sample file, you need to repair the Quickbook. For this uninstall the Quickbook and reinstall it again. Then copy the data files to desktop. Rename the files by some simple name without any spaces and special characters.
·         Still if you see the error, try to open the company data file in the original version of Quickbook i.e. suppose if you have updated file from Quickbook 2010 to Quickbook 2012, the n the original version for this will be Quickbook 2010. If the files open in this version, then again rebuild the company data and proceed.
·         Then again try to update the file to later versions of Quickbook.
·         If again any issue come during updating into new version, try the transformation to some intermediate version, if the access is available and slowly try to move to higher versions.
These simple steps can lead to proper working of Quickbook.
