Company files conversion to another system

QuickBooks Data conversion of company files to another system is an easy task. First thing you need is to create an account and enter credit card information. Once the account has been set up, if you set it up and used your own credit card, you'd have to invite your client and have the client change the billing information. Then convert the QBDT file to QBO, and save it on your hard drive.

Once you had done that, you would have to log in to QBO, head to the company menu, and tell it that you want to import data from QBDT. After a time you will get an e-mail.
Now open your QBOA account, give your client's company name in there and choose what subscription level you want – simple start, essential, and pro. Once the company is created a window will pop out to tell you how to convert QBDT to QBO. You will be provided with instructions. The next step is to sign in to your Intuit ID, once you logged in, you will see a screen that has all the QBO accounts you have to access to that are in the sixty-day period where QBDT can be imported.

About updating your data file, make sure not to update your network. Be sure that the company data files are stored on the same computer which you are using to update them. Only the admin can update the file. If you never created other users and roles in QuickBooks you are automatically the admin user. After updating the data file it does not open in the previous version of the QuickBooks. QuickBooks automatically backs up your data file before updating it, just in case you need to revert it to the previous version.
You cannot convert QuickBooks Enterprise data to QuickBooks Simple Start, Pro or Premier. QuickBooks Pro or Premier files cannot be converted toSimple Start.Resolve all this at quickbook support phone number
