Checkout the steps for Quickbooks multi user mode not syncing

Quickbook is financial software which was developed by Intuit to help industries to work in an organised manner. Businesses use Quickbook for storing important details like customer’s information, employee’s data, and income and expense reports. It supports many features like creating customized invoices, tracking orders and sales, and managing all customers. It provides management of bills and online banking.
To sync Quickbooks in multi-users mode follow these steps:
·         Log in to Quickbooks as an administrator
·         Go to edit and choose preferences
·         Then choose Integrated Application and then select Virtual Timecard
·          Now, click Properties
·         Tick the checkbox which says: Allow this application to login automatically 
·         Check the checkbox Login as Admin
This way Quickbook gets integrated easily in any mode.
But sometimes, it is possible that Quickbook may not get synced in multi user mode which may create consistency problem in business records. Some of the probable problems with Quickbooks multi user mode not syncing can be:
·         All the new data that is linked to Quickbook is not coming.
·         Data from the service centre is not getting updated to the Quickbook.
·         The correct payment amount is not getting updated.
·         Unknown Customer names are appearing in rebilling.
To make Quickbook sync properly, go through these steps:
·         Quickbook must be only installed on a single system within a network.
·         It must be linked to a correct file that is required to be associated.
·         During initial setup, the master username must be used for logging into sync manager.
·         If there are multiple accounts for payment purpose, each payment account must be unique to avoid duplications and inconsistencies.
·         The updated version of Quickbook must be used in any organization.

This way Quickbook will work properly in multi user mode
